Calling all students! Register now for the Leinster Brain Bee!

Register now for the first annual Leinster Brain Bee, sponsored by FutureNeuro.

We are looking for students aged between 15 and 17 to take part in the first Leinster Brain Bee, a competition to
motivate students to learn about the brain and to inspire them to pursue careers in neuroscience, so they can help treat and find cures for brain disorders.
The competition, which takes place on March 23rd at 12pm in the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), will be an individual quiz, based on material from preselected chapters in the International Brain Bee Brain Facts Book

What is it?

This is a friendly academic competition to promote interest and knowledge in neuroscience. We want to encourage students to consider a career in research to “help build better brains for the future”. It is part of a three tiered competition where students first compete in their regional competition (Leinster, Munster, Connaught and Ulster) with winners of each heat then competing in the national all-Ireland Brain Bee. The winner of the national competition will represent Ireland at the International Brain Bee in Washington DC. Check out more information on our Leinster Brain Bee page or on EventBrite. You can also email leinsterbrainbee@gmail.com if you have any queries.
